Meet Your Facilitator: Janine Stratford
Janine Stratford is one of Australia’s leading Leadership Coaches and Facilitators in the education sector. A former Deputy Principal, Janine brings deep insight into the realities of school leadership-insight gained from decades of experience and hundreds of coaching conversations.
Drawing from the leadership challenges she sees most often in schools today, Janine designed this program to meet the urgent need for clarity, capability, and confidence among middle leaders. She believes that the shift education needs will come from equipping leaders with the skills to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build stronger, more empowered teams.
With over 12 years of coaching experience, Janine has supported educators across Australia and New Zealand. She is a Master Coach, a Certified Behavioural Analyst, and a specialist in Restorative Practices, known for delivering practical, high-impact programs that help leaders thrive in complex school environments.
