This program is built for middle leaders-whether in wellbeing, learning, or operations. Ideal for up to 30 participants, the Elevating Leadership Program offers 36.5 hours of targeted development across 5 full-day workshops.

Delivered over 4 practical modules, the program builds clarity, confidence, consistency, and considered leadership. Run it flexibly over 12–24 months, or one module at a time.

Leaders won’t just learn-they’ll practise coaching, create action plans, and build everyday leadership skills that drive real change.

Module 1: Clear – Define Your Leadership Style

Great leaders lead with clarity. In this one-day workshop, discover your behavioural style through DISC profiling, gain insight into how others perceive you, and learn how to adapt your communication to build stronger teams and relationships.

Module 2: Managing Conflict – Lead Difficult Conversations with Confidence

Strong school cultures rely on honest conversations. This one-day workshop equips you to handle tough discussions with confidence-using proven tools, a 6-step coaching framework, and strategies to turn conflict into constructive dialogue.


Module 3: Coach Consistently – Build a Culture of Accountability

Great leaders ask, listen, and empower. In this 20-hour Coach Certification Program, you’ll build a coaching mindset, practise practical frameworks, and learn to lead with consistency-creating a team culture of ownership and accountability.

Module 4: Lead with Intention – Build a High-Performing Team

Exceptional leaders lead with purpose. In this one-day workshop, you’ll learn to delegate effectively, give impactful feedback, manage time well, and lead change-leaving with a focused plan to strengthen team performance and collaboration.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Q1: Do I need to complete the modules in order?

      You can complete the modules in any order, but we recommend starting with Module 1.

      Q2: How long does it take to complete the program?

      This depends on how quickly you want to move through the 4 modules and the available opportunities for staff professional development across your school calendar. We recommend 1 module per term or semester, which means you can complete the full program across 12 months to 24 months.

      Q3: If staff are absent, can they attend the online modules? Are they the same content?

      Having worked as an executive school leader, I understand the difficulty with ensuring a consistent experience when staff are absent on the day of the program or join the school once the program has begun. This is why Janie has designed the modules online to be the same content as the in-person workshop. So, if any staff member is absent on the day of the in-person workshop, they can obtain the same learning content by registering for the next available online module. The four modules are delivered online once each term.
