Great schools are built on strong relationships — and those relationships begin with powerful, purposeful conversations. Our Coach Training Programs are designed to embed a coaching mindset across your leadership team, equipping educators with the skills to listen actively, ask the right questions, and empower others to reach their full potential. Coaching isn’t about giving answers — it’s about unlocking them in others. It helps your team shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive, strategic thinking.
Whether you’re nurturing emerging leaders, supporting senior leadership teams, or creating a school-wide culture shift, our training modules provide the structure and support to lead with clarity, consistency, and confidence. With expert facilitation, real-world practice, and evidence-based tools, leaders learn to communicate more effectively, strengthen their relationships, and elevate performance across their teams.
“We chose Janine’s Coaching Focus program from a number of high quality companies and were thrilled with our decision. Janine’s workshops and Coach Certification Program were engaging, challenging, varied, well-paced and universally popular with the 26 staff involved.
The consensus was we all learnt a great deal and developed a raft of beneficial new skills to utilise in our everyday roles.”
– Peter Houlihan, Principal, De La Salle College
We mean, any school that is a non-government school.
Yes of course you can. The interview process in government and non-government schools is quite different. So the questions we explore during the conference may not be the same ones that you might experience when you apply for a role in a Government school setting.
This is a report about you, how you behave and communicate and what motivates you. It is a form of the DISC profile, but even better because it includes a second science – your motivators or Driving Forces. Its a detailed 40-page report about you. You will be amazed how accurate it is and how much information is produced from a 20minute online questionnaire.
The conference is not recorded. So the answer is fairly short, no.
Yes you can. We understand that it can be really daunting (some might even say confronting) to read your Profile Report so we do email the report to you, just two days prior to the conference. Why only 2 days before I hear you ask? Because we don’t want you to give it too much time before we have had a chance to explain the DISC Model to you, to help you understand the report and the information it contains. We will encourage you to read only a few specific pages before the conference starts. The rest you can read across the conference and after the conference.
